In this episode Esther and Holly begin the episode by admitting to past oversights and committing to supporting the Black community long term by being more intentional about supporting Black tarot and oracle deck creators in the future. As well as vocally and monetarily supporting organizations on a monthly basis. The querents for this episode ask questions about how to stop the cycle of choosing emotionally unavailable men and entertaining a job offer and what it would look like if they chased after that opportunity.  Our deck for the episode has been replaced by a brainstorming session about our deck parameters and how we as a podcast can be more inclusive of things our listeners want to hear about the decks we review.
