Declan Doyle Sets High Expectations for Ravens Offseason Attendance

The Baltimore Ravens’ newly appointed offensive coordinator, Declan Doyle, has publicly voiced his expectation for full roster attendance at upcoming voluntary offseason workouts. This statement highlights a potential shift for star quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has historically bypassed these optional sessions. Doyle emphasizes that establishing a championship culture and building a rapport with the new coaching staff requires early commitment on the field. Beyond attendance, the team is focused on restructuring Jackson's contract to alleviate a significant salary cap burden before free agency begins. Doyle intends to evolve the offense by refining Jackson's consistency and footwork while still embracing his elite ability to improvise. Ultimately, the new coordinator views these spring practices as a vital foundation for reaching a higher offensive ceiling in the 2026 season.
