I know Who.This prophetic prayer is a declaration of divine reversal, surrender, restoration, and unwavering faith. We are not attempting to manipulate outcomes or command God. We are placing every outcome into the hands of the One who remains sovereign over every chapter.We declare:My present circumstances are not sovereign. My past does not control my tomorrow. My disappointment is not my destiny. My midnight does not mean morning has been canceled.
