Decluttering the Mind, Body, and Soul with Amy Brockhaus, founder of Waverly Organizing

It is with so much joy that I share this beautiful conversation with my long time friend and powerhouse woman, mother (of 5!), entrepreneur, Amy Brockhaus! The two of us have been friends since we were teenagers, had our first babies within weeks of each other, and have been witness and support during so many wild, challenging moments of growth in our lives.Amy is the founder of Waverly Organizing, a woman run business, that helps people transform their personal spaces to be clutter free and create a beautiful sanctuary to enhance connection and ease in their lives.When I was going through divorce, she helped me clean out my garage and my emotional landscape, holding my hand through letting go of possessions and beginning my journey into self healing with EMDR therapy.
