Decoding India's Labour Codes

In 2019-2020, Parliament passed four labour codes which merged twenty-nine existing labour laws into four broad categories intended to ensure, inter alia, universalisation of wages and social security, ensuring a safe and healthy workplace and formalisation of employment.
