Guest Bio Terra Molengraff is the program director of first-generation initiatives at the University of Michigan. She graduated with her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota's Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development Graduate Program. Her research focuses on how colleges and universities support first-generation college students, with an emphasis on institutional change agents and organizational change. As a first-generation college student, her work now supports first-generation students and focuses on the intersections of the first-generation identity and how the structures of higher education can be changed to support students.
