Dede Griesbauer: Fast as #$*& at 52

Our guest for this episode is Dede Griesbauer, a professional triathlete and ultra distance athlete and now, an Ironman commentator. One of the reasons we wanted to interview Dede is because she is still achieving high levels of athletic success at 52 years old.  She just was 4th in Augusta 70.3 this year, last year was 5th at Lake Placid. And in 2020, she set the world record for the Ultraman distance...BY OVER AN HOUR!  We start the podcast talking about how Dede has managed to stay fit and fast and healthy into her 50s.  We also spend a lot of time talking about what it's like to be an Ironman commentator and get some behind the scenes info! We end by talking about Kona this year, where Dede will be commentating.  This was SUCH a fun interview and we can't wait for you to hear it.  Have a listen.
