Dedication to a sport I love, with Chrissy Harford

This week I sat with Chrissy a triathlete and personal trainer, aiming to be one of the first female triathlon coaches in Ireland. How starting off as a GAA fanatic led her to becoming obsessed with fitness and testing herself to the fullest. How a nervous experience in the sea led her to swimming lessons which was a turning point towards her first ironman competition in Barcelona. I was tired just listening to her, I'm sure you all will enjoy it just as much as I did.
