Battling depression. How I coped with years of feeling like I was covered with a painful mud of sadness and hopelessness and what I did to heal myself. Leaving a childhood in nature, moving continents and going to a school where they beat us and screamed at us, I slowly feel into a deepening depression which lasted into my thirties. Then I discovered how to build a bridge into a vastness within and the depression left. The funny thing is, I can't really tell you when it left one day I just realized it was gone. Many teachers, meditations, tools and techniques gave me the ability to move into a lightness within me which I realized I could find anytime anywhere.
