DEEP DIVE - THE SO MANY RECEIPTS AWARDS 2025: Each week we’ll be handing out awards for our favourite reality TV and doco moments from 2025. We recap the mad “What the Hell Hirings & Fierce Firings

We will be back January 30 with our weekly Receipt Round up show but for now …📺 Most Miscast Reality Star in an Australian Show – A highly anticipated debut from a leading character fizzled fast thanks to terminal dullness, early wrap-ups, fleeing contestants, and even host-romance rumours.🧨 Messiest Australian Cast Member – This winner’s backstory unravelled into ex-fiancé chaos, angry former partners, cheating rumours, and Logies gossip. Honourable mentions also go to the individuals whose entire storylines were axed due to off-camera bad behaviour.🌍 Most Miscast Reality Star in an Overseas Show – This casting misfire added nothing beyond muddled blogger intel, proving that arriving without personal drama should be an automatic red flag.🚪 Most Deserved Firing of the Year – Jaw-droppingly poor judgment resulted in this longtime Bravoleb being booted thanks to explicit imagery at a business launch. Bonus points were awarded for a franchise so bad it nearly disappeared entirely.💔 Most Undeserved Firing – A long-serving, widely liked host was abruptly dumped over ratings and age concerns, leaving fans shocked and the replacement choice deeply questionable.🕵️ Worst Mystery Guest Star – After weeks of blurred faces and voice distortion, the big reveal amounted to a single lunch, one drink, and a never-ending boring storyline.📋 Most in Need of a Background Check Before Casting – We’ve put this bunch on notice for shocking post-cast revelations and on-screen incidents which made it painfully clear that vetting processes were either rushed or non-existent.✨ Best Blast From the Past Hiring – A chic, confident return instantly lifted the season with fashion, wealth, and main-character energy this franchise desperately needed. 📮 To contact So Many Receipts: 📧 [email protected]TIKTOK: www.tiktok.com/@so.many.receiptsINSTAGRAM: @somanyreceipts on Instagram
