Deep Electronics # 325 - Vinny Vortex
from Deep Electronics podcast serie Hosted by Deep Electronics
Welcome to the 325th chapter of the Deep Electronics serie. A weekly released serie that brings you a diversity into the abyss of deep electronic music. This week artist Vinny Vortex returns with a recordered modular live set. About his live set: This live recorded performance was made on a spring Sunday morning with a cup of coffee and a small modular setup recorded direct to a digital dictaphone. ‘Being more of an instrumentalist, having come from playing guitar, piano and drums in the past, I enjoy creating electronic music with physical hardware and rarely use a computer for any of my tracks. I have been experimenting with creating a portable ‘all in one’ modular system to make ambient/techno music away from the studio and this was the first recording using this small system.’ The setup used can be viewed here: https://cdn.modulargrid.net/img/racks/modulargrid_1495742.jpg You can view another track made using this system on his YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIfjLPU0z8g Other Links to his music: https://soundcloud.com/vinnyvortexmusic https://vinnyvortex.bandcamp.com/ Photo provided by Vinny Vortex Design by Jeroen
