Deer Hunting Procedures and Growing the Elk Population

To kick off this week's edition (no pun intended), Rob Drieslein brings us in on the upcoming Outdoors sporting show schedule, as well as his fascination with literary legend Ernest Hemingway. After that, he opens up the program to the following guests: "Outdoors News" web editor Eric Morken gives us more information on Whitetail deer hunting, scouting during the Winter, and newer software to help map future hunting locations. Kelsie LaSharr, Elk Coordinator for the MN DNR, talks about efforts to grow this specific population in northern parts of the state.
