Defending Closed Primaries in Idaho with Rod Beck

Rod Beck is one of three Ada County Commissioners and also the original driving force for closed primaries in the state of Idaho. Idaho had open primaries until 2012, at which point we went to a closed primary system. He is also not a fan of Rank Choice Voting as he sees several potential problems with voter education and implementation. Rod appeared on the show representing just his personal position and not representing the position of the commissioners or the county.
