We all ramble, we say things when we first traded, and you know, Rachel did deserve that job. It's just plain to simple. I talk about Rachel, and I know a lot of things. She was saying, I look like Rachel has the experience with her in the bad position, and they even put Maria in the position of trying to get Maria's sympathy job.

They were trying to make themselves look good, because all the black lives matter, and the black jobs, and the George Floyd stuff is going on, so he has been trying to make themselves look good by taking the job from Rachel that she had already had, that they had already told her she had, that she deserved, and giving to Maria just to make themselves look good. It wasn't a genuine job they wanted to get Maria. It's the experience behind all this, but it's all they fault. You know what I'm saying?

I can't blame Rachel. I love Rachel. I'm going to stand behind Maria too, but here's P and y'all some suckers. Y'all some suckers, because y'all did this.

Y'all try to give a real job, and then what's genuine, and look what happened. Come on, man, it's all ESPN, we love both of them. Who the fuck is we? First of all, Queen James Greetings welcome to another episode of Truth and Power on Your Hope Star Wars Midnight.

Until now, I want to talk about Mandalhina Fennigar enemies. We have had a slew over the last few days of a whole bunch of combs, and I'm saying it just like that if you don't like it, press out, go to the center of the park, and fuck you. We have had a slew of combs defending white women, defending their enemies against black people. Now this latest edition, Stephen Jackson, he's the friend of Rachel Nichols, who in the lead audio, if you heard the lead audio, was saying that Maria Teller, a black woman, didn't deserve a job.

Now I briefly touched on this on the Sunday morning word yesterday, and what I was saying was most white women feel like this when the calm stuff black women on the job, especially if they're black women is attractive, like Maria Teller is, especially if she does good, like Maria Teller does. If you put this side by side, comparison to both of them, you can see why she doesn't want to compete with this black woman on the job, but in the airtime, they're just playing this stuff, I'm just going to leave it at that, you can just see. Now, Rachel Nichols from what I understand, she got her job off of nepotism, off of knowing people, off of marrying people, knowing that right people and marrying the right people. And Maria Teller, she actually had to go through her trenches, which most black people do, and get her job the right way.

Now if you look in comparison to most black sports analysts on the job, or ESPN, or the Fox Sports 1 News, or any other media apparatus with sports, look at the dynamics there. Most of the time you have one person, a black person, that plays sports, and they played it professionally, or in college, and they get it well. They played at a lead level, or they were good enough to make it to the lead, but they weren't good enough to become a whole of fame. But some of them do, as in Shannon Sharpie, she's in a whole of fame.

But look at those type of dynamics. Most of the time you have white sports analysts that have never played the sport in their life, that they're covering. All they're going to do is give you some type of emotional component, or some type of bias opinion, and what they've been about the sport, that they're following. Now Maria Teller has actually played sports, and now she has to go through the trenches and do different things to become, you know, ESPN analysts, and to earn her job.

And last year, Stephen Jackson is, now I say that to say this, and our preference is to say this, see, any time a black person is on a job and they earn their spot, people want to say that it's them trying to feel quotas. No, it's them giving us what we earned. If a black person got us fighting best believe that they earned their own job. Most white people can't say that.

And I say it just like that, most white people can't say that. You can't say that you earned your position. You can't say that you have to go through, they put you through this, then in the third, they don't feel you to get to that position. You can't say that.

Now Stephen Jackson, when he was on, just last year when Joyce Roy got murdered, all of a sudden, he started sounding like Malcolm X. He was still sounding like Malcolm X on the front line. He was talking about what they need to do and everything like that. He was, you know, constantly going back and forth in Minnesota, coming in on Derek Chauvin, all the rest of his shit.

But now, he'll feel sounding like I'm down in Jason Willa. And Stephen A. Jackson, I'll put on Twitter the day like that. And Stephen A.

Jackson, Stephen A. Smith, all of Stephen. He's like a cold. He doesn't have a cold spirit on it.

He knows Stephen from Django. He got a damn. You know the thing, you're open enemy. You're fucking cold.

Especially against a black woman. I don't want to make y'all hate me. Well, motherfuckers, you succeed it. But the thing is this.

And I keep telling people this is not the meaning that gets it is. You know, one thing I notice the white people do, if you read the quality laws of power, one thing they do when they're good at is isolation. They are real good at isolation. White supremacists are good at isolating these roles.

And then when they turn their black community back on the black community and they have no help, that's when they break their tools. That's what Professor Black Troopers say. That's when they break their tools. I've noticed that they get them isolated first.

You make them come out, make a statement. That's against the black community. Black community completely turns against them. As soon as they're ready to break them, nobody's coming to their help.

Nobody's coming to their defense. Now, I'm wearing a backfire that was Bill Cosby just recently. And I'm going to say, wait until that in a moment. However, I want to stay on Stephen Jackson by a moment.

Now Stephen Jackson, at first he was talking about something, oh, we need answers. We need to know what context this was in. And, you know, we want to know. We brought out people first.

I guess he must have got a phone call. And that's the thing you know. He come out with this bullshit. The fending, goddamn Richard Nichols, who you have to suspect to be on the white supremacists because all the white supremacists make those type of statements.

Or you want diversity where you want to find it around here. If you hurt the audio tapes, go listen to the audio tapes. You want to find diversity around here if you want diversity. You want to be fine around here.

Don't be brainless. You want to be on the radio. You should have had it that way. Once you get positioned you put in skin in the game.

Bloods manuscripts, hours and hours. Let's go to that side of the arm. You know there was an affirmative action here. Not realizing that whole life has been an affirmative action.

White women, benefit from affirmative action more than black people. Do. And there's too many of y'all put to the thing in so called, quote unquote, helpless white people. These people are dead.

They are evil. This is Bush. This is Bush. Think about this, bro.

We just black people said that we was qualified. We know we qualified. We know we qualified for a job. But we didn't want to go because they gave me to the white person just because he was white.

That's what they do. I am a weak. Yeah, we made it. Because they're looking up for their own.

How man will we? We deserve it. Ain't nobody going to have a move. Ain't nobody going to have a move?

They give me to a white person just because he's white. We've been dealing with that whole life. And that pisses us off. We ain't getting recorded.

But we say shit too. But I ain't closed doors. So I get it. I get it while Rachel Madd.

Rachel ain't never showed me no signs of being racist. But I will be mad too if I work my whole life with the job. And they don't give it to a white dude. Just go down to Trump and office.

I just got the white kid got killed. And at the time they look better for a white person to have a job. Like, don't be mad too. No, my kids don't get killed.

It's just the facts. Black officer ain't trying to be like, don't speak the truth. But boy. You're rocking with both of them.

We're real ham When you work when you put in the work for it, you should be mad. But you don't get it. A lot of y'all want. Just let him tell you something.

Just let him tell you something. Just let him tell you something. Hey, pour out the taxes. Y'all looking back.

Come get your boy. Come get your boy. Y'all looking back. Y'all looking back.

You have to defend the white supremacists. Make your statements like that. Hey, listen, let me tell you something. This shit here.

And you know what though? This ain't a word. Listen, I keep saying words of people. The words are Jason Black.

This is good. This is how we identify our enemies when it's time to go to war. Our comrades, people that's going to be biased. Our allies.

This is good. It's good that you smoke this stuff like this. It's good that you do this. Now, mark them on the hill.

Now when it comes down to Bill Cott, I've been telling people for years Bill Cott is innocent. Read depositions. And then this is another thing. People are so intellectually lazy.

And so just, it's fucking despicable. It's fucking disgusting. And I said this many times on this show that I can't stand that people are so intellectually lazy and they want everybody to do all the work for them. All you have to do is Google the deposition and read it.

It's therefore a five-year-old to understand. But once you've got people like Mark LeMann Hill, the fending, these white women who claim to be OK, listen, I'm saying I'm saying I'm saying I'm saying I'm saying what the difference one of the claims were. They said, why don't women say, hey, I'm headed to the lower pick me up. I said the 20s, because I haven't headed.

All of them have the same story. For some reason, all of them get hit up. And then he gives them a pill. You know, they magically knocks them out.

One woman said that, and I'll tell you, I like the likelihood of bitty-night women having a headache. All at once. I mean, like the same story constantly constantly. That's just two.

They just got like, OK, OK, go anywhere. Say, say the 20s, they would pill. Next thing, next thing, you know, two days later, she woke up in her bed and she thanked the email and touched them. What fucking pill not sure?

For two days, two days. And you just wake up in your bed. Don't tell you something. This is coming from somebody where it's 72 hours straight.

And for those who know, they know. This is coming from somebody where it's 72 hours straight. Or 72 hours straight. I got the only sloughest examples.

They got up in Wintergion. And it's true. Same with two hours straight. They went to the gym.

But I listen to it on the back of my hill, defend this bullshit. They want to stay in the county. And that thing is, Bill kind of then get off on the same county. He got off because of prosecutor, prosecutor, Ms.

Kinda. That's how he got off because he wasn't supposed to be in jail in the first place. If it were real guilty, they'd take a thing to court. They're not doing tricks and all the rest of these things to get you wrapped up.

And nothing is this. Bill Cosby has never been arrested or charged with rape. Ever. That's a fact.

But look, listen to this. This Judge Brown, give him a business. Here you go. Welcome back to Black News Tonight.

If you want to call me. We are here talking once again about the case of Bill Cosby. As you know, he was released to most people's surprise yesterday. Not to mind.

A walking out of Pennsylvania State Prison because of a very interesting development in his case. And yesterday, many celebrities. And the child of the internet was one of TV's most. So it was just there.

Brown was one of those people who called out the way that mainstream media had been covering the story. Hours ago, he tweeted. And to be clear, much of this was a response to Marvel. But he said, anyone who was knowledgeable of American law would have expected and predicted the outcome of the Cosby appeal, mainstream media and Hollywood incites public disorder by lying to the people about the law and encouraging mob rule.

Hollywood reacts to Bill Cosby released with shock. Here to discuss the recent comments. Joining now is Judge Joe Brown. Judge, thank you for joining me.

Why do you say that mainstream media encourages mob rule? I've talked to 43 lawyers around the country, 17 judges. And I haven't found one that was shocked by the verdict. Most saw the same thing that I did from day one.

This never should have gone to trial. It's a travesty. It's a violation of due process in American law. It is part of this mainstream media is trying to feed into the heads of the citizenry and poison.

Them by saying that their emotions and their feelings are supposed to have paramountcy over what happens within the law. That's not the way it goes. I get people who never even took what they should have gotten in the fourth and fifth grade. Get to talking about how somebody on a disprove what these women accused Dr.

Cosby of. And the truth of the matter is, you don't have to. They have to prove that what they claim is true, not the other way around. That's American law.

I see too much of this show up on the courthouse, voice your opinion, and get the courts to yield to what you believe. That's not the way the law works. That's called mob rule, mob justice. And if you want a more egregious exemplar, take what happened to him and deal than every other black man that's been lynched.

Correct. It's contrary to somebody who got emotional and decided to so boring the law, go around it, and do what their emotions grow with them to do. So that is the way things are. So that's the way things are to be law separates us from the animals and we can't be having.

We can't have this disregard of the law. I want to commend this Howard deeper. Now listen, and then, you know, on social media, Twitter, Instagram and so forth, black people were saying how Alice to make small bill actress, she was convicted only given three months of a sex cult that she was found that she was actually admitted to being a part of and Brandon the victims who were women on a pelvis. And we had cool ass niggas, and I'm saying it like, yeah, we had cool ass niggas talking about some goddamn, oh, that's our problem in the black community.

Every time somebody will do something wrong, we always say, well, look at this person. No motherfucker, right is right and wrong is wrong. You ain't got no smoke for Alice and Mac at all. Nobody's even covering this story, just like Brock Turner.

And let me tell you something else, a lot of people listen to this program may not even know who the fuck Brock Turner is, but I do them. Now go look them up, go look them up. Hey, go look up, he's court case. When I said on Instagram on sickie yall knees, I'm sickie yall knees.

Y'all get on my fucking nerves. Goddamn. I mean, like, I got off a social media phone six months. I don't beg it, ain't off y'all over the fucking place.

Conan all over. People don't know what the fuck they talk about, shut the fuck up. If you don't know what you talk about, set the fuck up. Goddamn.

Anyway, let's continue with this. Being for, being for, right enough to speak out on what the reality is, and I would suggest that they need to strengthen the breadth requirements and how the university should know I don't see such ignorance coming out of this profoundly historic black university. Speaking of how the university, they're trying to, they're trying to fire, get them to fire for Lisa for a shot because she supported Bill Cosby from injustice. Anytime you support a black man from injustice, they try to come after you, an HBCU.

But I told y'all these HBCUs are white rain with white money. And most of the time, they always got some foreign person up there, shout out to Xavier University. And I mean, they're wondering why I'm so hard on Xavier because I actually went there. I was a black man in the class and I told y'all this story many times before.

Black man in class, I had to stand my ground on many subjects. Many subjects. I was a black man in class that tried to make me feel like I'm on already in a historic and black college. And you're pro black and you're pro man and you're pro like the judge would say, you promote manhood and you try to protect womanhood, then they want to try to crucify you.

OK, ABCU's off. Fucking Joe. Might as well go to the PWI. Same shit.

My father went there way back in the fourth. There's two things going on in the first. I've heard come out of that place lately. There's two things happening in that one.

Justice. They are two. So I think there's two things happening at once here. I think on the one hand, many of us are legitimately aware, and myself included, that the criminal legal system doesn't give equal outcomes to everybody.

That black folk catch the worst end of this. That black men, when it comes to incarceration, get the absolute worst end of this. And the Bill Cosby case is an example of a prosecutor who was dishonest. Bill Cosby, absolutely, if he's told that he won't be prosecuted for giving this deposition and then he gets prosecuted, that is a violation of his rights and that is a violation of due process.

One of the other two processes. One of the other two processes. I'm going forward. It should be disciplined.

But then there's other question that people have, so then there's this other question that people don't have, which is a legal question. I mean, which is not a legal question. I think those two things, to some extent, are getting mixed up in the non-legal question is about whether or not Bill Cosby actually did harm. Legally, you can say he's not guilty.

He's not guilty. He's not guilty. America law, there is an absolute presumption of innocence until you are proven guilty beyond the reasonable doubt using due process of law. If there was no due process of law, that presumption of innocence does not remove itself, then there is no valid conviction.

If there is no valid conviction, that presumption of innocence stands as a rock for the defendant. To keep the government. So they're acting in a dishonest fashion and using its powers for persecution. So Dr.

Callford, he's an anti- brutal process. He hasn't done anything. So under American law, the accusations are just that. They carry no way other than accusations, and they must be proven using due process beyond a reasonable doubt.

If they have not been, the narrow, essentially worthless, just so much talk. That's what I think we're going to say. Don't hit that. It's all too big with regard to the law.

I think part of the challenge. that's not week last night that you respond to a little poll that says bill cotby is not innocent he has not been exonerated is really that cotby a sexual predator was incarcerated with an equal system suspect that's a few other procedures as does cotby for his victims and you respond to that he hasn't had any is a baseless accusation it has no so under the law i think we're on the same page again but i don't know what i'm saying see trying to say in the wrong way of the but they did this is the this is the reality of everything if somebody chooses you or something as a black man in america you are not guilty despite what the media tried to be in america in america long in his white supremacist idea that we live in it's presumed that much of accused of black man is something then then all of a sudden he's guilty and yet to be proven innocent but white man their innocence of proven guilty even if you have video them doing shit even if there's video them doing it and we got a couple of words like this all the media something crazy you don't know if you're open-handed you get some innocent black person or you crazy but most of y'all go along with the crowd and y'all don't have any y'all don't have to know some people don't have the medical capacity to go ahead and do their own research and i'm saying is if it sounds like i'm insulting people it's because i am people like that are very dangerous people like that are very dangerous and you don't need people like that around you so if you're going to get your enemy is going to get you right along with the rest of us we are in a race war and they will try and everything they can to try to break us harm us and we don't need enemies from within trying to do harm to us as well so once you violate we demonstrate you vacate you get the fuck out of black society don't come back if you want to stay here listen once you cross that line you gotta stay there point blank theory man anyway thank you guys for joining me tonight this has been the episode i just spoke to this has been the episode truth the power i spoke truth the power you guys have a great night
