Claim and delivery is a legal action for the recovery of specific personal property wrongfully taken or withheld from its rightful owner, like a car or truck. He had made all of the lease payments and just wanted to give the truck back. The client then took care of the truck while waiting for someone to contact him. No one ever called him.
