Defining Moments

They are the key situations we face. The life-altering decisions we make. They are the “Defining Moments” of our lives. We don’t always know when or how they will come. They can make us...and at times - it can feel like they break us. The Bible is filled with stories of people feeling the weight of cultural pressure to cave and compromise on their God-given convictions and core values. Some really blew it. Many others overcame it. And in our culture today - we see it too. But thank God for Jesus! In Christ, and His way of thinking - our value is not defined by any specific failure or miss in the moment. We are actually defined by His victory at the cross and who He says we are. Capture that revelation - fully persuaded by His value of you, and you will be amazed at the encouragement and momentum of courage He will lavish on you through any fire. A faith that is tested is a faith that can be trusted! And on the other side of that pressure...there is spiritual and supernatural promotion to win those “Defining Moments.”
