Defining What It Means to Lead In Color (Leading in Color - S1, Ep3)

BOOM! To evaluate your company to evaluate the work environment you are cultivating, start with these questions:  What do your values look like in action? This assumes you have values. If you don't, start with identifying those.Your values should be words or phrases that express what is fundamentally important and essential to you. What are the common experiences and environments in our organization? How do they align with the values we've defined? What are the key policies and programs in our organization? How do they align with the values we've defined?
