In 2011, she opened XYZ Life Coaching, LLC and began putting her personal calling into action. J'aime now serves individuals at many different stages of life and career. Through this endeavor she has utilized her master certifications in both life coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), BA in Cultural Anthropology from UCSB, and knowledge acquired over the past 20 years as a student of consciousness and personal growth. Prior to coaching others, J'aime enjoyed a niche career as a trend forecaster and brand strategist, living in Los Angeles then New York for a decade. Her experience spanned from Fashion to Food, for clients such as Pepsi North America, Johnson & Johnson, Amex, MTV, HGTV and Nordstrom. J'aime integrates her effective branding, life balance, and communication techniques into her private coaching, keynote talks, and consulting. As a personal brand consultant, networking strategist, and life balance coach she has been a trusted advisor to executives at Fortune 500 companies, attorneys at Am Law 50 firms, entrepreneurs, physicians, college students, new grads, and those looking to change careers or redefine themselves.
