Is that how Citystates came about? Seems like it would be a similar Social Dilemma. Stay Divided and Strong...Conquer whatever it may be that lies ahead. Ai? Who knows? At some point, it seems we will need to teach the entire World (conscious and unconscious) about democracy. The evil may not be so evil...just ignorant. If thats not the case...Divide and we shall Conquer...in the name of Positivity. #2020vision
