Degree vs. Direction: Are Women Overlooking Good Men?

Let’s talk about it… Are we as women accidentally disqualifying good men… because of a piece of paper? I know that might've triggered somebody but, stay with me. Because in today’s dating world, a man can be hardworking, emotionally available, consistent… and still get passed over because he doesn’t have a degree. But at the same time… some of y’all dated men WITH degrees who couldn’t communicate, couldn’t commit, and definitely couldn’t lead. So what are we really choosing—security, status… or alignment?
