The big bad NCAA declined Colorado and Syracuse's efforts to play a spring game against one another. While they said no, I still think Colorado should do it anyway. What's the worst that could happen? The NCAA has been losing lawsuit after lawsuit, and if the two teams go rogue, would their really be a punishment?
