Deirdre McGinn is a founder of StepUp StepIn. She is a career and confidence couch for women.   Before setting up StepUp StepIn, she has spent 25 years working in senior roles for big corporations. At the age of 49, she 'redesigned' her life and now she helps women with their confidence, taming their imposter syndrome, building their personal brand through individual and group sessions.
