A Delaware County man is facing charges after authorities say he made threats on Governor Josh Shapiro's life. State Police say Richard Franklin of Brookhaven was arrested following an incident Tuesday afternoon at the district office of state Rep. Leanne Krueger. The 65-year-old Franklin allegedly made an antisemitic comment about Shapiro while seeking assistance with his outstanding taxes, then threatened to set fire to the governor's mansion.
