Mercedas Taffe-Cooper is a mate of mine and a fellow lady boxer. She's former European and World Kickboxing Champion, has a Masters in Clinical Psychology (and a stack of other academic credentials) and on top of all that she is founder of CounterPunch, an epic concoction of performance psychology, sports science and boxing aimed to build resilient, well resourced and emotionally equipped kids.
