Her scholarly and hands-on research gave birth to CALMS: A Guide to Soothing Your Baby, What Babies Want: Calming and Communicating With Your Baby. A television show is in the works. Stay tuned. Carrie earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a specialty in prenatal and perinatal psychology, an M.A. in prenatal and perinatal psychology, and holds a M.Ed. degree in health education and health promotion and a B.A. in psychology.
