Send us Fan Mail60 Seconds of Hope: Delivered from Fear“I sought the LORD, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.” - Psalm 34:4 If we are honest with ourselves, we all face fears. Life is perilous, and filled with uncertainty. Sometimes we lack clarity on choosing our best path. Once we choose, there’s no guarantee the outcomes will be what we desire. Prayer, meditation, and devotion are  important practices that help connect us with that something bigger than ourselves, with our source, with the divine presence. In God’s presence we find our peace. Before Jesus’s arrest, trial and execution, he was under extreme stress and duress. Luke 22:44 says “his sweat became like great drops of blood falling down to the ground.” Jesus was under extreme stress. In his time of stress, he connected with God through prayer. Although the path in front of him was not the path he desired, he was able to embrace his journey with peace and forbearance. He was strengthened. He was delivered from fear. I’m Horace McMillon.
