Speaker: Jimmy Barber is the MD & Founder of JAB Financial Solutions, a start-up aiming to help FS companies deliver exceptional results. Most recently he has been leading work for Hiscox who post the pandemic faced the challenge of handling the equivalent volume of 100 years of Business Interruption claims. Before that he was the Chief Operating Officer for the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) who handle claims resulting from firms failing across Insurance, Investment, Pension company. There he led the business transformation which saw Customer Satisfaction go from the low 50%’s to the high 80’s while at the same time volumes of claims doubled. Before that, he did senior roles at RSA and Capital One, leading large scale transformation.
