Send us Fan Mail Valeska Waldron is the creator and founder of Delivering Joy, a business created from an idea to help a friend undergoing treatment for cancer. In this episode we talk about: the inspiration behind Valeska’s business the grief from losing a treasured friend the support structures required to juggle business life and mum life, and how Valeska plans for the year ahead. Valeska’s business, Delivering Joy, is all about providing meaningful, heartfelt and unique gifts to support and uplift friends and loved ones going through a hard time. Her signature product, the 30 Days of Joy packages, were created for her friend and consist of uplifting, supportive and inspiring text messages delivered directly to a mobile phone daily, designed to be a daily touchpoint to show you care. Valeska uses her business as a vehicle to spark more joy in people’s lives – in little ways, that mean a lot. The work lights her up because it is designed intentionally to connect, uplift and support others. It feels good to create products that DO GOOD and help people in a meaningful and heartfelt way. As well as being a business owner, Valeska is also a mother to two, a part-time employee, student and someone who likes to find joy in the little moments - encouraging others to do the same. She finds joy in being in nature, moving her body, connecting with people and spending time with her husband and children.
