Her responsibilities include overseeing governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risks, and fostering financial stability to safeguard quality care standards. With previous experience as the Head of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme for the Government of Jersey, Becky successfully led the Island's largest vaccination rollout during a critical period, managing high-level political stakeholders and executing a £5.5 million public health project.As an Associate Chief Nurse, Becky provided professional leadership for over 2,000 nursing staff during significant changes, ensuring quality care delivery and driving nursing and health improvement initiatives.
