DEMFC presents: ONE HOUR PHOTO

What is the highest desire of anyone living in the modern world? To be seen? To be loved? To be accepted? To craft the perfect life with the people we've exalted? What if those people aren't perfect? What if someone couldn't accept the shattering of that perfect image and sought to fix it at any cost, to create clarity through a queer kind of kintsugi? In Part Two of our dive into 2002, the year Robin Williams challenged us to face the horror beneath his frivolous facade, we discuss Mark Romanek's One Hour Photo, a beautiful haunting portrait of a man unseen by the world until he forces them to. Episode edited by Austin Proctor If you like what we're doing, give a like, give some love, subscribe. You know the drill and we love you for it. PS. You're welcome for not making one photography pun. ;)
