Professor Green directs the Election Law Program, a joint project of the Law School and the National Center for State Courts. ELP provides resources for judges deciding election disputes. In 2013, Professor Green co-founded Revive My Vote to assist Virginians with prior felony convictions regain the right to vote. In 2018, Professor Green joined the National Task Force on Election Crises, a cross-partisan group convened to prevent and mitigate a range of election crises. In 2020, Green helped students co-found the Alliance of Students at the Polls (ASAP), a group mobilizing a national network of law students to support U.S. election
