The UN's top official to the Democratic Republic of Congo says the country has entered a period of extreme risk to its stability. Addressing the Security Council, the head of the MONUSCO - THE UN Mission to that country - warned that the electoral crisis had become a constitutional crisis with deepening political polarization with no immediate resolution in sight. Sherwin Bryce-Pease reports.
