The political rhetoric against the Supreme Court reached new highs this week, after the Justices ruled that the presidency has immunity for official actions. But look at the statistics: 45.8% of cases in the 2023-24 term were unanimous, including some big cases, and only half of the High Court's 6-3 decisions this year were split along ideological lines.
