Unable to beat President Trump at the ballot box, the Democrats engage in a baseless political prosecution under a new legal theory designed to apply to only one person while Dems guilty of same crime under this theory are exempt from being prosecuted. With a dirty judge whose family get paid to do work for the Democrats, a crooked DA that campaigned on get Trump, who care if no crimes actually committed, and a politically screened jury of Biden voters all came together to convict Trump of the felony charge of Orange Man Bad. They used the claim of that there is a secret undisclosed, unidentifiable, and uncharged second crime that allowed them to prosecute an otherwise legally prohibited by statute of limitation charges. In the jury instruction, the jury didn't have to find Trump guilty of committing the crime to convict, only that they believe he wanted to commit the crime. The jury was also instructed that Trump could be convicted if they believe him liable for the crimes committed by another person. The jury instruction were so insane, so corrupt that even though Michael Cohen confessed on the witness stand to falsifying business records to steel from Trump, the jury instructions would allow the jury to find Trump guilty if the jury believes Trump's denial of paying Cohen a bonus that year makes Trump liable for Cohen's crimes committed to steel from Trump.
