KYW's Tim Jimenez has the details. ***** Philly police are warning drivers about two schemes targeting new car buyers, specifically Hondas. As KYW's Crime and Justice reporter Kristen Johanson tells us, authorities are charging 10 people with a scam that involves replacing vehicle identification numbers. ***** A Bucks County public adjuster is facing charges of insurance fraud allegedly committed against contractors and the elderly. KYW's John McDevitt reports that investigators are looking into the possibility of additional victims. ***** More than 9 million people are expected to take part in "No Kings" protests on Saturday across the nation. Over 3,100 rallies are planned in all 50 states, against President Donald Trump's policies, which organizers call "horrific" and "sadistic." Center City and Quakertown are among the scheduled sites in our area. ***** Gov. Josh Shapiro joined other state and local leaders at a tax clinic in West Philly on Friday to encourage working Pennsylvanians to take advantage of a new state tax credit before Tax Day.
