Demonstrators to flood Center City on Saturday as part of national 'No Kings' protests

Over 3,100 rallies are planned in all 50 states, against President Donald Trump's policies, which organizers call "horrific" and "sadistic." Josh Shapiro joined other state and local leaders at a tax clinic in West Philly on Friday to encourage working Pennsylvanians to take advantage of a new state tax credit before Tax Day.
