Dems hate natzi’s except Graham Platner, self described Antifa super soldier
from The Tara Show
In Hour 3, Segment 1 of the May 18, 2026, broadcast of The Tara Show, host Tara Servatius calls out the mainstream Democratic establishment for political hypocrisy regarding extremism. The segment centers on the highly controversial Maine Democratic Senate candidate Graham Platner, who has drawn national scrutiny for a past Reddit history where he self-identified as a "communist" and a "self-described Antifa super soldier." Tara highlights the profound double standard of a political party that constantly labels its conservative opponents as fascists while simultaneously embracing a candidate who previously sported an SS-Totenkopf Nazi tattoo on his chest. The show argues that the American Left's condemnation of Nazi imagery completely hollows out when party leadership continues to back Platner simply to gain a Senate seat, demonstrating that the Democrats' anti-fascist rhetoric is nothing more than a selective tool for political warfare.
What this episode covers
00:00 Democrats hate Nazis Lee except the one they're running. Okay for Senate. Well, I you can understand that terror. Yeah, gotta make an exception there as Eric Erickson brilliantly put it and I will say it was brilliant. He's like they're cool with that Nazi because he says he's a communist. It's true. It's ridiculous. He just knocked the governor of Maine out of that race by pulling above 60%. She gave up. 00:29 But the thing that's concerned me more than the fact that he's now inked over his Nazi death head tattoo, which was concerning, mean, for normal people, not Democrats, apparently. But the thing that's always concerned me the most about him is what nobody's talking about, about Graham Plattner. And again, he's the Democrat running in Maine, will likely be the next US Senate. Well, he will be the Senate nominee for the Democrats. That's terrifying. Is that 00:58 He is a self-described Antifa super soldier who was written extensively about the need through violence for the left to take control to get its way. And he is not just a member of the main socialist rifle club, he is a recruiter for it. And they have very plainly said on their website, 01:24 that their goal is what they're training for is violent armed revolution. To me, that's even more concerning about the than the Hitler tattoo. Why? Because violence, if you don't get your way for five minutes, is the new thing in the Democrat Party. And I'm really afraid of this, Kylie. This is him this weekend sitting down with the New York Times. And she asks him about one of the many statements. In fact, this wasn't even one of his most radical ones. 01:53 about the need for the proletariat to rise up with guns and defeat their overlords. This is classic communist manifesto Marxist stuff that the lower classes should be armed, they should overthrow societies and implement communism. And he's kind of hiding behind the second amendment a little here, but listen to this, really listen to this conversation. 02:20 This is incredible that he's saying this to the New York Times. Can I ask you about something else you wrote in 2018 about armed resistance to fascism? You said, quote, an armed working class is a requirement for economic justice. How do you think about that now? As a student of history, it is difficult for me to not see elements of that as being like a reality, especially in resistance to fascism. We didn't beat the Nazis with smiles. 02:51 We did beat them with a war. um I don't think it's a very controversial statement, to tell you the truth. I mean, I guess in the context of political violence, some might see it as worrying. Well, be fair, I was talking about it as a private citizen with no visibility and mostly just talking about what I thought was a very clear historical reality, um which I would say it's still true. mean, again, I mean, 03:20 Historically fascism has been beaten with with armed resistance and conflict. I mean Well, the problem is you guys call us fascist every day And we know when he says fascist he's talking about us. That's who he's talking about He's talking about normal Americans who don't want communism Well, it's just interesting how he talks about the Nazis being defeated with the war and he's talking about the group that he has a tattoo of so 03:49 whether it's covered up or not is immaterial. It actually kind of makes sense when you look at his, you know, beliefs. He said racist things. He said anti-Semitic things. He is a socialist slash communist. Well, I just described the Nazi party, the National Socialist German Workers Party. Of course he's a member. Of course he is. Makes complete sense. And when you look at this guy, okay. 04:16 He has refused to condemn the latest Trump assassination attempt. There is a daily caller reporter who goes around to the events he appears at, gets in his face and says, on, condemn violence against Trump, do it. He won't. Graham Plattner won't. Gr ...
