This week, 192 House Democrats voted against a resolution condemning socialism "in all its forms," including the DSA. Only eight Democrats crossed over. The label isn't radioactive anymore — and the party just showed it.   A federal judge dismissed the DOJ's lawsuit against California's policy letting biological males compete in girls' sports. The ruling turned on notice and funding rules — not fairness. DOJ says it's reviewing an appeal. Girls still lose the lane.   A Maryland federal judge blocked President Trump's latest order targeting birth tourism and other limits on automatic citizenship, arguing the Supreme Court already settled the class of children at issue. Round two of the fight is already in court.   NYPD numbers show hate crimes climbing even as murders and shootings hit historic lows. More than half of confirmed hate crimes target Jews — a community that's about 10% of the city. The High Holidays are days away.   The rage is loud.
