In the boardroom, data can help you objectively show the value of your work to the organization, whether you are an employee, contractor, or consultant. Join us to empower yourself to demystify the world of data and measure what matters to you, your learners, and the decision-makers who employ you.Learner Objectives:Describe the ways in which data can help you tell stories, in the classroom or the boardroomDiscuss ways to quantify the quality, value, and impact of your workDetermine an effective way to display your data to achieve your goalDevelop context for your data display, so it tells your story, even when you’re not in the room.ATD Competency Model - Performance Improvement, Evaluating Learning Impact.About the SpeakerAnn Bryson-Eldridge - Performance and Accountability Manager at Department of Administration, South [email protected] Bryson-Eldridge is an educator and professional coach who works with leaders, both identified and in-development, to help them clarify and achieve their goals.
