DENIAL *Virgo* Emotional Week - I Analyze - I Am Path Day 47

Denial happens when we don’t want to admit something is real. It’s like saying “this isn’t happening” even when it is. Sometimes denial protects us, like when a truth is too painful to handle right away. But if we stay in denial, we never grow. We keep running from problems instead of solving them. For example, a student might deny they’re struggling in school, but that only makes things worse. Denial can trick us into feeling safe, but it actually blocks healing. The only way out is honesty. When we admit what’s real, even if it hurts, we start to change and move forward.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21.
