Susan visits yoga teacher Denise Garcia Brady at her studio Creative Actions Yoga, where they have a conversation about Denise journey to yoga. Denise started yoga after being diagnosed with lupus and finding herself bedridden. From there she managed to build a practice, expand her practice, become a teacher, personal trainer, rock climber and eventually a studio owner. The knowledge and experience she gained along the way has made her a very valuable and compassionate teacher to so many!
