Dennis Leary, Juilliard & Everything in Between, Actor Kevin Daniels

Kevin Daniels is a big man who grew up in Texas where HS Football is HUGE. But he decided after one season as a youngster that the stage and screen is where he wanted to be. He found success early with a paying gig in Dallas as a teenager. And got into the incredibly prestigious Julliard School in NYC because he was "too ignorant to realize he should be nervous" for the audition. His first gig out of school was at Lincoln Center with Helen Hunt and Kyra Sedgwick. When I met him he was one of the leads on Dennis Leary's "Sirens", but that went away unexpectedly after two seasons causing him to hit the inevitable wall that all actors run into at one point or another in a long career. But through it all, he leads with unshakeable faith and an infectious laugh that lets himself, and everyone around him, know that good times are on their way.
