This week we meet a very angry airline customer, a man who couldn’t get his packages delivered to the correct state, a very angry man who doesn’t know how to turn on a router, we meet a lady who doesn’t know how to follow instructions when renting a car, Ron and Carpel get yelled at by the owners of an annoying crotch goblin, one guy thinks he can re-train the staff at UPS, Ron keeps hanging up on a sporting goods customer, one very annoyed couple do not want to wait 6-8 weeks for their internet (again), one person does not like the lack of service from OnStar and we cause mayhem in some more Zoom meetings, and a lot more too!
