Back in the late 90's, there apparently was a meeting that very nearly created a revival, not reunion, of what was once considered to be Public Image Ltd, but Johnny Lydon wouldn't do it. So, instead we got The Damage Manual featuring Martin Atkins of PIL, Chris Connelly of Ministry on vocals, Geordie Walker of Killing Joke on guitar, and Jah Wobble of PIL on bass. What could've been right?
