Molli Burkett is a trauma-informed Somatic Coach who supports individuals in breaking free from family and cultural conditioning.The Greek word soma refers to the body as a whole—the lived, felt experience of being human. Within the soma resides a deep intelligence that the mind alone cannot access. When the soma is fully integrated, the psyche gains access to genuine freedom.Through her integrative and embodied approach, Molli guides individuals to reconnect with the intelligence of the body and gently bring awareness to the patterns, narratives, limiting beliefs, pain, and behaviors shaped by family and cultural imprints—many of which are held within the nervous system, tissues, and lived memories of the body.
