It feels empowering to share how we went from being two anxious, suppressed, and depressed young women, just surviving day by day, to now thriving and feeling truly content, happy, and excited for life. 🌱💫 But let’s be clear—it wasn’t an easy journey. There were many bumps along the way, moments when we wanted to give up, but we pushed through.
