Depression; not to be wished for anyone

When you see people going through a phase in their life where they can’t talk just try your possible best to be nice to them and tell them nice words , I know most times we can’t always I understand the pain other people feel or go through especially when we’ve never been in such situations before ; but rather than being cruel with your words , be nice , sympathize with them; show them love and empathy; make them see reasons to what live life, encourage them , and above all like I said be nice to them
