Society often pushes people to hide sadness, smile, or “cheer up,” but this stops real healing.Depression works like emotional gravity. It pulls you inward so you can see what is broken, what is missing, or what has been ignored. Just like sleep restores the body, depression restores the inner world by slowing everything down so deeper truths can rise.
