Depression - Suicide -Bi Polar Expert, Karen Timmons

Join Dave the Caregiver as he and his co-host, Adrienne Gruberg, Interview Karen Timmons, who has suffered from the loss of a daughter's suicide, Karen is also Bi Polar and suffers from depression. Her interests are animal conservation,  helping the homeless, the treatment of depression and bi-polar disorder and suicide prevention.  She supports both the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and the Survivors of Suicide (SOS) - the latter is a support group for the people whose loved ones have taken their own life.   She came to know of these organizations after the death of her younger daughter.
