Deputy Minister Botes' remarks at the Diaspora Week event held at Freedom Park

The Diaspora Week is held in partnership with the African and Sixth Region Diplomatic Missions in Pretoria, as well as Freedom Park in the context of the African Union Decade for African Roots and Diaspora declared for the period 2021-2031. The objective of the event is to strengthen collaboration with the Sixth Region informed by the core values of Pan-Africanism, solidarity, unity and cooperation between the Continent and the Diaspora.
