Derailleur Brew Works Boku Cardaemon - Ushitora Brewery 503 San Ju Ku - ep749

Stefan went out East and of course got some beers. He visited Japan for 2 weeks and tried tons of beers. Of course he brought back a few for the podcast. This episode we crack open two of them. The first is from Derailleur Brew Works. Japanese breweries like to add "additional" ingredients to lagers, wheat beers and stouts. Boku Cardaemon is a traditional wheat beers with cardamom. At first it sounds kinda weird but it somehow works really well. Next is Ushitora Brewery. They released a triple IPA called #503 San Ju Ku.
